At UrbanEdge Preowned Cars, we strive for transparency in all our transactions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

Cancellation Rules

We understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work:

  • Booking Cancellations: If you have paid a token amount to reserve a car, you may cancel the booking within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking may attract a cancellation fee as specified in your booking receipt.
  • Order Cancellations: Once the ownership transfer process has been initiated or the final sale agreement is signed, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under specific conditions:

  • If the vehicle fails to meet the agreed-upon condition during the final inspection before delivery.
  • If we are unable to deliver the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Double payments or transaction errors.

No Refund Policy

Except for the specific cases mentioned above, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Once a vehicle is sold and delivered, no returns or refunds will be entertained. Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before purchase.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • It typically takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
